Tell us the symptom.
We'll name the fix.
Most of what we do is underground. You don't need the terminology. That's our job.
We camera the line, show you the footage, and give you the options in writing before anyone talks about price.
Water coming up out of the drain? Call us, don't wait.
“Water is coming up out of the drain.”
Sewage backup means the main line is blocked. We camera it, clear it with sewer rodding, and show you the footage.
“It backs up again every few months.”
Hydro jetting scours the pipe wall at 4,000 PSI, so grease and scale have nothing left to grab.
“Roots keep breaking into the line.”
Cracks, bellies and roots get repaired, or the whole line relined trenchless, so the driveway and lawn stay put.
Why Chicagoland Homeowners Choose Pro Services
No surprises between
the call and the invoice.
You can't see your sewer line. So we show it to you before anyone talks about price.
An Expert Picks Up
Describe what you're seeing. We'll tell you honestly whether it can wait until morning or whether we're coming now.
You See It On Camera
Grease, roots, a belly or a crack. You watch the screen with us, so nothing is taken on faith.
The Number Doesn't Move
Rod it, jet it, or line it. Each option priced in writing. Once you sign, the price stays put.
How It Works
No surprises.
Here's how we do it.
An Expert Picks Up
Describe what you're seeing in your own words. We'll tell you whether it can wait or whether we're coming now.
Camera Down The Line First
Before any quote. You watch with us and see whether it's grease, roots, a belly or a crack.
Options In Writing
Rod it today, jet it so it stays clear, or line it permanently. Each with a price. You pick.
We Re-Camera When Done
Same camera, same line, clear pipe. You keep the footage. If something's still wrong, we haven't finished.
